We went to Mitch park this afternoon (along with the rest of Edmond) because it was such a nice day! The main park area was VERY crowded, so we walked up the hill to the smaller one without the swings. Ashlyn was SO excited...I let her walk most of the way by herself and she waved and giggled at everyone that walked by! She tries so hard to do all the stuff that the "big" kids are doing including walking UP the slides!

Rielyn even took a brief moment to pose for a picture for me...other than that she was gone! She was very helpful with Ashlyn though, helping her go up stairs and go down the slides. She always says "I love having a little sister!" She has been talking a lot lately about having a baby in my tummy, (probably because her Sonshine school teacher is pregnant, due in 2 months) and how she wants another boy in our family (besides Nathan). I keep telling her that she'll have to wait a little while longer, but she presses the issue a lot! Maybe I should take a poll like my sister to see if Rielyn and Ashlyn are ready for ANOTHER sibling!! Just the thought is stressful right now!! Anyways...back to reality! Rielyn also had her first soccer game of the spring on Saturday. I guess one of the parents finally volunteered to coach. They recommended moving her up to the Pre-K team since she will be turning 4 next week...MAN the 4 year olds are a lot faster and more aggressive than the 3 yr. olds!
I'm kinda thinking that I should've kept her back for this spring season! Now I'm going to have to go buy her some shin gaurds so she doesn't get bruises all over her legs! I couldn't even keep up with the ball to get a picture...every picture I have the ball is off somewhere else! Oh well...maybe Rielyn will benefit from being with the kids that are a little older and turn into a soccer pro! I'll let you know how that turns out! :)
