My week (for Dana)

In response to Dana's question of what other housewives' schedules are...I am probably going to disappoint my fellow "stay at home" moms. Here is what my week entails...

Monday-Zumba class, gymnastics for girls, soccer practice for Rielyn
Tuesday-Toning class, Sonshine school day-attempt to clean house (not very likely with Kellan awake) swim lessons for both girls
Wednesday-Boot camp class (you can do it Dana...it just takes a couple times to get used to it!) possible laundry day if Kellan is in a good mood then church
Thursday-Either cardio class or go walking (2.75 miles) at park, sonshine school day-either go to lunch with a friend or attempt to clean (again...not likely with Kellan the destroyer awake) then swim lessons for both girls
Friday-Kill Bill class (kickboxing plus weighted sword on mini trampolines...very fun!) Nathan gets off early on some Friday nights so we sometimes to a family activity.
Saturday-Run every other Saturday, soccer games, birthday parties (inevitable) and finish laundry (laundry is impossible to keep up with with 5 people!)
Sunday-usually a lazy day with the family except lately it's been pretty crazy on Sundays for some reason!

So there you have it. I know I exercise a lot, but it's MY time. Some people don't do it for fun, but I like it. It makes me feel good and gets me through a busy day and I love the classes I take, they're fun! I really don't make a good "house" wife right now because #1 I'm running around a lot (school drop off, pick up, gymnastics, soccer practice, swim lessons etc) and #2 Kellan is at an age where he is very mobile, curious and destructive and I hear that doesn't really get any better with boys?! SO...I'm coming to the conclusion that we may need to find a house cleaner because I can't seem to do it!

Thanks, Chrissey! It sounds like you go 100 miles per hour like me. I forgot to put gymnastics, soccer and swim lessons on mine - now I look like a real slacker! Also, thanks for the vote of confidence on the boot camp thing. Maybe I'll try it again sometime.

Wow, substitute soccer for piano lessons and we have the same schedule! Hard to believe after so many years we actully have so much in common. However, I'd like to go to your gym, that Kill Bill class sounds fabulous!
