Pumpkin Patch

My parents are here this week visiting and we all went to Chesters Party Barn (aka-the pumpkin patch) in Piedmont. We picked up Rielyn from Pre-K, ate lunch at Panera and headed out there. It was a perfect day to go because it was kind-of raining in the morning so not that many people went. There was only one other family there when we went! So, we had the whole place to ourselves and the rain went away within 15 minutes of us being there. For $6/person (18mo. and up) it includes a Hay ride to the corn field maze, pony rides, feeding the goats/horses/ducks/pigs/chickens, the moonbounce, a kid maze riding a wooden horsey stick, and a small pumpkin to take home! We also got a bonus show of a dog chasing a goat around the farm...it was pretty funny! So, I'd say we had a great time and we may even go another time this month...the kids love it!
