Road Trip!

Memorial Day trip to TN

Yes, I know everyone thinks I'm crazy, but I did take a road trip over Memorial Day weekend! My dad was going out to Nashville for my youngest cousins High School graduation and I figured...why not?! So, me and the kids (yes...all 3) packed up my van and headed to Nashville for a quick 4 day trip! Surprisingly enough everything went very well! Kellan travelled perfectly and the girls are pros at road trips now. We stayed in a hotel and no problems there either! We're really close with our TN family and I really enjoyed going out there to see them and let them see the newest addition to our family! We got to go play at my uncles gymnastics gym (the girls had a blast) and I got to go out to eat with one of my best friends from High School that lives in TN now. So, it was a very fun trip and we're back home and back to normal...minus Rielyn. Rielyn annouced on the way back home that she wanted to go back to Colorado with Paw-paw. This is a milestone for her because she is my little homebody! She has always refused to stay with anyone overnight (except when it's at our house when Katie stays with them). So, I asked her several times if she was sure and she said she was and so she went! She has been doing great, I'm probably doing worse than she is...I miss her! Molly (my neice) went too so she's having a blast. My parents are bringing them back Saturday to stay for another week since my sister-Kim had her baby a week ago. Ashlyn wanted to go really bad but I don't think she's quite ready for being that far away from mom for that long! Click on the picture to see more pics from the trip.
