Halloween is over!

I never finished blogging about the rest of "Halloween week", so here it is in a nutshell! Saturday night we had a class party at church. The kids and I dressed up as Scooby-doo and the gang. No comments please on how well (or not) I pulled off Shaggy...I did it for my kids! I do have to say that Ashlyn is the cutest Velma I've ever seen though! Rielyn bobbed for apples for the first time...with no success. Oh well, she had fun doing it! Then Sunday was our church fall festival, but we didn't last too long there. It was pretty crowded and all of our patience was pretty thin so we just hit the rooms trick-or-treating and left. Monday night was the trick-or-treating at the Oklahoma Christian dorms. This is where they ended up with the most candy! The girls had 3 different costume changes through the week...scooby doo gang, princesses, and a witch and cat. On Halloween night,my parents came down and we went over to my sisters neighborhood so the girls could go trick-or-treating. I stayed at thier house while they all went around the neighborhood. When we got home, when we combined all the candy from all the events, they each had almost a whole walmart sack full each! Kellan was pretty excited just to rummage through all the noisy wrappers!
