Rielyn pulled her own top tooth yesterday during Bible hour at church! We've tried several times to yank it out but it just wouldn't give! So right before she went in to Bible hour, I tried again to pull it and she winced and said she wanted to do it herself. HA, I thought, if I can't do it she can't either...so I just sent her off. Well..5 minutes later she comes running into church service holds up a plastic bag and excitedly shouts..."I pulled my tooth out!" I think the whole church knows that she pulled her own tooth now! Anyways...the tooth fairy left her a note congratulating her on pulling it out herself and left her an extra dollar (on top of the $5 she already got...man I need to knock some of my own teeth out!).
I'm afraid she is going to have to have braces because she has lost 3 teeth on the bottom and 2 have grown in and there is absolutely no room for a third tooth to grow in!! We better start saving now! She has my mouth because I had to have 8 teeth pulled (that sounds like a lot...maybe it was 4, I don't remember...they had to put me under to do it) before I could even get braces. Poor girl...she doesn't know what she's in for!
