Lots going on

Another week of family...whew! This time Nathan's mom was here for a week. Am I being spoiled or what?! Although, I think I gained 10 lbs back this week since all we did was eat out the whole week (not that I'm complaining!). Rielyn and Ashlyn also got sick again this week. And, this time I can't blame it on the "Y" because I hadn't taken them there in like a week a half. So, I guess my kids are just bound to get sick this time of year. This go round, Rielyn ran a fever and got a terrible cough. Ashlyn never ran a fever, she just had the cough (a pretty bad one). Before they got sick though, I managed to take them to get their pictures done! I think they turned out so cute! Click here to see them! I know I get their pictures done a lot, but it's so much fun! This time my excuse to get them done, was that Ashlyn is sitting up on her own now and smiling a whole lot. And I needed a 3 year old picture of Rielyn. I've started a tradition of taking her picture every year for her First Birthday, her Second Birthday and now her Third Birthday.
It's kinda cheesy, but at the same time it's kinda cool to look back at the pictures and compare them. I guess I'll have to do the same thing with Ashlyn. I managed to go get my hair highlighted this week too. I really like it, I got red and blonde highlights. So, anyways...tomorrow is an errand day. The wall paper border that I decided on for Rielyn's room is FINALLY in at Lowes and so we can now paint and put it up. Hopefully we can get that done and I can post again before another two weeks fly by!!
