We had a wonderful trip to Missouri last week for Thanksgiving. We met all the Bunger side of the family (19 of us) at my late great-grandmothers farm house. It's also the place where my parents are retiring to (supposedly in the next year...but we've been hearing that for 2 years now!). The food was plentiful and awesome, the weather was perfect and we all had a blast. We got to see lots of cows, shoot guns, ride tractors and tire swings, float a raft in the creek and go shopping at a huge outlet mall at the Lake of the Ozarks. Some of our crazy cousins even tried (key word "tried") to go cow tipping...unsuccessfully of course. My sister's (Kim) husband Peter even set up a projector and huge screen hooked up to directv and we watched football on a big screen tv. We even had our first annual duck race in which I almost won (tied for 2nd in a photo finish) and had a hoolahoop competetion (I didn't compete, I think the baby might get a little dizzy). Who could ask for a better weekend?! I hope everyone had just as blessed a weekend as we did! I'm so thankful for everything going so well! Now we're back and ready for Christmas!
