Preparing for Easter...

Wow, so I'm tired just getting ready for Easter and it's not even Easter day yet!! Oh wait, in another 15 minutes it will be...yikes I better get to bed! Well, just a quick overview of the events. First was the Easter party at sonshine school on Thursday. Rielyn had a blast, the picture is of all the girls in her class after the hunt...how cute!! Then today we did our traditional egg coloring and cookie making and decorating. We had Jennifer, Madison, Kaitlyn, Cooper, Lindsey, Noah, Kim and Molly and me and the girls all at my house to have some fun! Ashlyn actually decorated some eggs with a crayon and then dropped them into the coloring (2 at a time). She then thought that after they were colored that it was time to eat them...shell, wet dye and all! Luckily, I caught her before she actually bit into the egg! Then after we made a big mess, we put the kids all down for naps and cleaned up! Then we went over to cousin Noahs house to let the kids relax in the kiddie pool, since it's been in the 90's here in OK for the last week (and it's ONLY April!!). Great...and tiring day! I'm sure Easter is going to be just as fun!! :)
