The best pizza EVER!

Okay...some of you may be thinking "why did she take a picture of a pizza?" Well, it's not just ANY pizza! It's a Beau Jo's pizza! When I was in high school I worked there and fell in love with their pizza! This particular one is a 5 lb Dude Ranch. It's got ranch for the sauce, chicken, tomotoes, mushrooms, and bacon...the BEST pizza I've ever tasted! They also have a pizza called the Beau Taco that has corn chips, hamburger, salsa, mushrooms etc. on it and it's my second fav! The crusts on their pizzas are rolled and you pour honey on it for dessert. Yummy! They have what's called "The Challenge" and it's a 12-14 lb pizza that 2 people have to eat in an hour. If they do the pizza is free, and they get $100. Sounds easy, but few have actually accomplished it. It's the crust that gets people every time!!
Both Ashlyn and Rielyn loved it just as much as I did! You used to be able to get the pizza from anywhere because they offered to freeze and ship it, but I don't know that they do that anymore. So, anytime I'm in Colorado, I have to have my Beau Jo's pizza!
Now, on to the getting home not so safe, but sound. My poor little nephew Noah, who is 20 months old broke his leg while in Denver. It happened when he was going down a slide and his leg bent backward. He ended up with a spiral fracture on his tibia and has to wear a cast for a month. He's handling it pretty good, but I know his mom is going to have a rough couple weeks until he can walk on it again. So, we decided to cut our trip a couple days short and drive back Monday night. We weren't sure how he's do in the car for the whole 10 hours on Loritab so we were going to drive half way and spend the night in a hotel. But, we got there and the kids were all snoozing wonderfully and we were hyped up on caffeine so we drove the rest of the way. I think I'm caught up on sleep now and back on schedule...now if someone could just come and unpack me?!
