Yesterday, Nathan and I celebrated our 8th anniversary! To celebrate, we went down to The Melting Pot down in Bricktown. The only word I have for it is AMAZING!! We had a perfect secluded little corner room and our fondue dinner was great, the best part was the chocolate/carmel/pecan fondue with cheesecake, brownies, marshmellows, and fruit for dipping! Although, I do have to say, it would not have been possible if my other wonderful sister, Kim (and Peter) had not watched our 3 children...plus the two of thier own! Thank-you, thank-you to Nathan for putting up w/me for the last 8 years and still be willing to take me out for such a wonderful date, to The Melting Pot for the fantastic food and environment, and to Kim and Peter for watching our kids! Without which things I would not have had the perfect night!!
