Well, we made it back from our 8 day trip to Colorado! We had a blast, the only complaint I have is that it went by way too fast! We spent a couple days with Nathan's mom in Denver, then down to Co. Spgs for a day, back to Denver for a day for xmas with the whole Bunger family, back to Co. Spgs for a day then finished off with a day in Breckenridge sledding!

The weather in Colorado was unseasonably nice and so I didn't get to see the snow I wanted, besides the snow already on the ground in the mountains. Christmas morning was fun, "Santa" left the fireplace door open and his hat stuck on the door and Rielyn freaked out..."SANTA LEFT HIS HAT!!! WE HAVE TO GET IT BACK TO HIM!!" Then she looked at all the presents and said, "I guess we're the winners!" Kids are great! Ashlyn threw up on her PJ's, that's why she's naked in the picture (she wasn't sick, she just has a strong gag reflex and up came her milk). We got the girls all dressed up in their Christmas dresses
and went to church after the present fiesta and saw some old friends, it's great to see how everyone has grown up and changed! My dad was/is recovering from his emergency surgery to remove his Appendix last Tuesday. Come to find out it had burst and caused an infection. So, after a 3 day stay in the hospital he got to go home. After we got there though, he probably would've rather stayed in the quiet hospital...I doubt he was able to get much rest with all the commotion we caused! He's doing much better though, day by day he's getting more energy and the last two staples come out tomorrow. So, now I'm sitting here in my house, with barely a path to walk through, hiding at my computer! I'm so overwhelmed with stuff to do, I don't even know where to begin! So, if I don't resurface in a couple days, send in a rescue team...my house swallowed me (the kids will probably just be playing happily in the mess of toys while I'm passed out somewhere!) :) Happy New Year! Be safe! P.S. To see more pictures of our holiday fun (and if you're interested/brave, a pic of my dads appendectomy incision), check out our Glavan Pics (which is always a link on the side).
