Making a splash!!

So, I thought things would slow down a bit after the Sonshine School program, but I was wrong. Maybe, hopefully it will slow down after Sonshine school gets out in two weeks! The program went great, even though I was running around like a chicken with it's head cut off! But, both Rielyn and Ashlyn did great. All we did for Ashlyn's class was walk her across the stage for a little fashion show. Rielyn's class did the Alphabet Song in sign language and "He's got the whole world" in which she did so good for both. I'm very proud of her progress in that class! And so now, swim lessons have started for Rielyn at the YMCA. She did great with those too! I thought because of her fear of getting water in her eyes that she wouldn't even want to get in but she did...she said "...as long as I don't have to put my face in!" Who knows how she'll react when it comes that time! Oh well, I'm glad someone else is teaching her and not me! :)

So, then yesterday was crazy...I had a chiropractor appt at 9:30-10:30, swim lessons from 11:05-11:35, then had a quick lunch at the new Taco Mayo by my house (which was actually pretty good), went tanning, went to Mitch park with my sister and Molly for a nice hard jog (with a double stoller I might add) and to let the kids play and Rielyn ride her bike. Then we came home for a good 2 hour nap for the kids, not me though...too much to do around the house! Then, Nathan came home at 5:30 instead of 12:30 like the last 2 weeks...because he quit his job, so we celebrated and went to eat at Smokey Bones!! Which under normal circumstances Nathan quitting his job wouldn't really be a celebration, but I think things are going to work out better for him now! He has been at David Stanley for 3 years and now he is going to be the new car manager at the Edmond Kia store. It's A LOT closer to our house and he will actually get to leave at a decent time to come home, instead of 12 or 12:30 and he will also get another pay raise! Wheww! So, yesterday wore me out and today the kids at Sonshine school were bouncing off the walls (like normal) and now I'm even more tired!! DOES IT EVER END??!! I was suppose to do our weekly gorcery shopping after Sonshine school, but Rielyn fell asleep in the car and I was really to tired to do it anyways. Hopefully we can make it one more day!! I think for Mothers Day I just want to stay in bed and sleep ALL DAY! :)
