Tuesday we decided to head to the zoo one last time in the morning before Rielyn started Kindergarten. It was a perfect day to go too. Since everyone but Pre-K and Kindergarten started on Monday, the zoo was dead! It wasn't too hot either, there was a nice breeze all morning. We spent a long time being the only ones feeding the lorakeets and the girls really enjoyed that! It didn't really phase Kellan though...he even had one pick at his head a couple times, he didn't even flinch! All the animals were out and active too! We got to see the Black Bears up close this time and the River Otters were jumping in and out of the water! It'll probably be a little while before we go back since Rielyn is in school in the mornings. We'll have to wait until it cools off so we can go in the afternoon!
